Right of withdrawal

For any reason the Buyer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she will have the right to withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and specifying the reasons by email, within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned terms, through the procedure specified below..

The return of the products must be made, at the Buyer's expense, to the address of our supplier:

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is considered to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:

1. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
2. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
3. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
4. the returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. In fact, JoeJob reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
5. the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which the products were received
6. in the package, in addition to the items, a copy of the receipt WITH THE RELATED RECEIPT or invoice must be included, also indicating what must be done upon receipt of the goods (size change/item change/refund)
7. The items must not be embroidered, logoed or have been customized in any way

It is understood that the risks of transport for the return of the Products will be entirely borne by the Buyer.

Refund times and methods
After the Seller has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, the Buyer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever the payment method used (credit/debit card, cash on delivery), the refund is activated by JoeJob as quickly as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, once it has been verified that the withdrawal has occurred in compliance with the conditions set out above.
The actual time for the re-crediting or refund of the sums paid by the Buyer for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:

• purchase by credit/debit card and paypal: the time required to display the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so there will be no loss in terms of bank interest.

• payment by cash on delivery or bank transfer: the refund is made to the current account indicated by the Buyer, so the refund time depends on the correctness of the data entered; normally the refund occurs within thirty (30) days

The Seller will refund the Buyer free of charge for the entire amount paid for the purchase of the Products; however, the transport contributions and contributions for any duties will be withheld from the amount paid for the purchase even if at the time of purchase the price of the product allowed for free shipping. The refund will occur within the time limits set by law and on condition that the Products have been returned in compliance with the above provisions.

Product identification tag
All products sold by JoeJob are provided with an identification tag fixed with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the product. The Buyer is invited to try the product without removing the tag and the relative seal because returned products without them will not be accepted.
