Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions govern the sales contract between the buyer of the online store www.joejob.it (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" for clarity).

01. Content of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales contracts concluded between the Buyer and the Seller through the website https://www.joejob.it. Each contract is subject to the terms and conditions of sale published on the website at the time the contract is concluded (see Art. 3).

Any changes proposed by the Buyer will not modify the general terms and conditions unless expressly accepted in writing by the Seller.

02. Parties to the Contract and Geographic Area
Products offered for sale on https://www.joejob.it will be delivered to Buyers who specify a delivery address located in one of the countries listed in the Shipping Costs section, accessible from any page on the site. If the requested shipping destination is not available at the time of the order, please contact Customer Care at info@joejob.it.

03. Conclusion of the Contract
All product information on http://www.joejob.it, such as technical specifications, images, dimensions, or compatibility details, are non-binding and may change at any time unless expressly identified as binding. If the Buyer is misled by such information, they may exercise the right of withdrawal as detailed on the Right of Return and Withdrawal page.

Offers on https://www.joejob.it are non-binding for the Seller and do not constitute a public offer but an "invitatio ad offerendum." The Buyer's purchase order constitutes a binding contractual proposal.

The Seller accepts the Buyer's purchase order by sending an Order Receipt via email, which includes a summary of the terms of sale, a description of the product features, essential contract details (price, payment methods), and the Seller's procedures for order storage and data management, as well as procedures for correcting the order message.

If the Buyer does not receive the Order Receipt or other communication from the Seller within 24 hours of placing the order, they must promptly contact the Seller at info@joejob.it.

04. Product Purchase
Products displayed in the catalog can be purchased by the Buyer by selecting them and adding them to the cart. After completing the selection and proceeding to purchase, the Buyer must provide the required information to finalize the contract. Specifically, the Buyer must enter their personal details, email address, and shipping address (if different) and provide a phone number for delivery updates.

05. Delivery of Goods
Product availability is indicated in the online catalog of https://www.joejob.it. Delivery times are non-binding unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement. However, the Seller will do its best to meet these timelines.
If availability is incorrect, the Buyer will be informed immediately, and any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must check the delivery for completeness and accuracy and promptly report any issues to the Seller by emailing Customer Care at info@joejob.it.

06. Prices and Shipping Costs
The product prices are those listed on the website on the date the order is placed.
Prices for deliveries to addresses within the European Union and Switzerland include VAT. For other countries, VAT is not included in the final prices.
Shipping and delivery costs will be calculated based on the delivery type and destination address as detailed on the Shipping Costs page. These costs are specified both before the order is submitted and in the order confirmation email.

Credit Card Payments
Major credit cards are accepted via Key Client Solution, specializing in online payment processing.

JoeJob uses a secure payment system that complies with national and international standards in force from time to time. Upon order confirmation on the seller's website, transaction data is transmitted via a secure connection to the authorizing entities (banks or companies that issue and/or manage credit cards) to request the necessary authorizations. To protect both the Buyer and the Seller, credit card numbers are never disclosed to the Merchant/Seller (the latter receives only an authorization code, which cannot be traced back to the card).

Bank Transfer Payments
For payments via bank transfer, the products will be shipped only after verifying the payment receipt in our account.

The payment reference to be indicated on the bank transfer must include: the order number, the first name, and the last name of the payer.
Under the current banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's account no earlier than 3 to 5 business days from the date the transfer is made.
If payment is not received within 8 to 10 days from the order date, the order will be canceled.

Cash on Delivery Payments
For cash on delivery, payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of product delivery. An additional fee of €5 applies.

In case of high amounts, JoeJob.it reserves the right to request an advance payment of the amount via advance bank transfer as a security deposit.

08. Warranty
The applicable consumer protection laws govern the warranty and assistance for purchased products.

09. Product Liability
The provisions of Directive 85/374/EEC apply to damages caused by products. The Seller, as a distributor, is relieved of liability by identifying the manufacturer.

10. Copyright 
All content on https://www.joejob.it is protected by copyright and owned by JoeJob Srl. Reproduction, modification, or use for public or commercial purposes without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 Italian law applies, but the Buyer retains rights under the mandatory provisions of their country's laws.
11.2 The court of jurisdiction for disputes is Verona, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these terms is invalid or becomes invalid, the remaining terms remain effective. Invalid provisions will be replaced with those that reflect the original intent and economic purpose as closely as possible.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updated versions available on www.joejob.it.

13. Security
User data is protected to the extent possible against loss, falsification, manipulation, and misuse. For legal information regarding data processing and protection, please refer to the site’s Privacy Policy.
